In EU nutritional labeling guidelines (<0>EU 1169/2011), `0g` can be used to indicate negligible levels of fat, saturates, protein, and salt. These guidelines can be found in section 6, table 4 of the EU guidance documents on nutritional labeling for EU 1169/2011.

You are responsible for declaring values that exceed these tolerances, although when it comes to typical wines, many experts suggest that no additional testing is needed if values fall within these tolerances. The allowable tolerances for wine are harmonized within the EU.

For wines with less than 100 g/l of sugar (which is the case for most wines except sweet wines), a tolerance of 2 g/100 ml (equivalent to 20 g/l) is permitted for declaring sugar and carbohydrates.
